Metabolic Cage Study in HFD-fed LRP130 FTg Mice

Description This follow-up study is approved for the Metabolism Core of UMass MMPC and will
involve 39 HFD-fed LRP130 FTg mice for body composition and metabolic cage
analysis.

To investigate the role of energy metabolism in adipose tissue biology

Mice are born and and fed a high fat diet (55% fat) at thermoneutrality. This is
another line of the LRP130 fat-specific transgenic mouse.
