Metabolic Cage Study in HFD-fed LRP130 FTg Mice (8/22/15 Batch)

Description The purpose of the study is to investigate the role of energy metabolism in
adipose tissue biology.

This study is approved for the Metabolism Core of UMass MMPC and will involve 9
HFD-fed LRP130 FTg mice for body composition and metabolic cage analysis. Mice
are housed at 30 degrees C and fed a high fat diet (55% fat). This study will be
led by Karen Kelly and Xiaodi Hu.
