Metabolic Clamp Study in HFD-fed Liver-Arrdc3 KO Mice
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Lee, Richard
Description Male KO mice gain less weight and are protected from insulin resistance,
improved metabolic phenotype. At 12 weeks of age the liver-specific KOs have
greater insulin sensitivity as measured by ITT. At younger ages they have
increased fasting glycemia. The KOs seem to have a dysfunction in switching
between fed and fasted states.
