Metabolic Cage Study in ApoE KO Mice

Description Apoe mice are leaner and more insulin sensitive than wild type mice on high fat
diet.

We have three questions:
1) do apoe mice have increased energy expenditure?
2) do apoe mice have increased physical activity?
3) do apoe mice have reduced TG esterfication and/or de novo lipogenesis from
glucose as shown by H3 palmitate and C14 glucose incorporation?
