Description To study the role of OXPHOS in browning of white adipose tissue

These mice exhibit increased UCP1 in subcutaneous white adipose tissue

Mice were acclimated at thermoneutrality (30 degrees C) for 7 weeks. In order
not to disrupt this acclimation, measure body composition at the day of transfer
and sacrifice immediately for tissue.
