Description Compared placebo and osteocalcin treatment (4.5ng/hr) using 2 different diet
conditions, chow (Harlan Teklad 8904) and western diet (Research Diets
D12079Bi). The treatments were given using dose release pellets from Innovative
Research of America. The osteocalcin treatment is represented in the data as
REGN379.

LDLR is a model of metabolic syndrome. Use for preclinical testing of potential
therapeutic treatments in the areas of fatty liver disease and diabetes.
