Description These mice harbors osteocyte specific deletion of Gs-alpha generated by mating
DMP1-Cre mice with Gs-alpha floxed mice. The resulting DMP1-GsaKO mice are
severely osteopenic and have a dramatic decrease in body fat accumulation. The
decreased white fat depots were due to increased beige adipogenesis in these
mice.
