Metabolic measurments in Tg(AP2-SREBF1c) mice treated with metformin and/or
niclosamide

Description 5 week old male C57BL/6J mice were treated with diet supplemented with 2000ppm
niclosamide ehanolamine, and/or treated with metformin in the drinking water.
After 5 hour fasting, mice were anesthetized with ketamine and xylazine to draw
blood from heart with heparin-coated tube. Plasma was obtained by centrifugation
at 1000g for 10-15min at 4? , and stored at -80? for further analysis.
