Description ChREBP is adipose tissue is down-regulated in insulin resistance and obesity.
However, it isn't known whether this down-regulation is a cause or consequence
of insulin resistance. We will address this by over-expressing ChREBP in adipose
tissue and will determine the putative pathways involved.
