Experiment

Influence of LETMD1 KO on energy expenditure at various environmental
temperatures in male mice
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Yoon, John
Description To determine whether inactivation of LETMD1 alters energy expenditure assessed
at several different temperatures (male mice are used).
LETMD1 also known as HCCR an oncogene correlated to breast, cervical and hepatic
cancer. This study will determine whether LETMD1 KO alters energy expenditure
assessed at several different temperatures (30, 22,and 10°C) or body composition
(DEXA) in male mice
