Effect of vertical sleeve gastrectomy on gut permeability

Description Mice were fed a 60% high fat diet (TD.06414) to induce obesity. Mice received
either the sham or VSG surgery. After recovery, metabolic and physiological
parameters were recorded. Three months post-surgery, animals were euthanized and
gut tissue was taken for permeability testing.
