Circulating lipid levels and liver lipid levels in Myc KO mice fed high fat diet

Description Animals were under doxycycline diet since breeding. Starting at 4 weeks of age,
the diet was changed to normal chow diet to induce transgene expression. Western
diet treatment started at 8 weeks of age. At endpoint, the animals were fasted
for 6 hours and anesthetized intraperitoneally with a ketamine-xylazine
solution. Blood was collected by cardiac puncture in EDTA-coated tubes for
plasma separation. Liver was harvested, snap frozen with liquid N2 and then
stored at -80 degree.
