Description Letrozole treatment of pubertal female mice results in hallmarks of PCOS
including elevated androgens, anovulation, polycystic ovaries and a metabolic
phenotype.

Letrozole treatment will decrease estrogen levels in female mice and therefore
lead to insulin resistance
