Sable Energy Balance #30421 7/27/20

Description Rates of obesity and metabolic disorders are increasing in United States and
world-wide. Inpp4b-/- can be used as a model of metabolic dysfunction

Energy expenditure measured by indirect calorimetry in the Promethion by Sable
Systems. Activity, food intake and water intake are also continuously measured.
Measurements were taken for 5 consecutive days.
Running wheels were not present in the cage.
Mice were fed ad libitum.
Water: regular tap water, ad libitum.
