Description The adapter protein SH2B1 is involved in janus kinase (JAK) signaling pathways
including leptin and growth hormone and is additionally involved in neural
receptor thyrosine kinase pathways (TrkA and TrkB). Human mutations associated
with SH2B1 result predisposition towards diabetes and obesity. This study is
intended to determine the effects of the different isoforms of SH2B1
