Experiment

2021-02-24 Carter-Su-Michael 11 mice NMR
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Carter-Su, Christin
Description The adapter protein SH2B1 is involved in Janus Kinase (JAK) signaling pathways
including leptin and growth hormone, and is additionally involved in neural
receptor tyrosine kinase pathways (TrkA and TrkB). Human mutations associated
with SH2B1 are associated with diabetes and obesity. This study is intended to
examine the effects of neural specific SH2B1 knockout.
