LetMD cold challenge CLAMS

Description This study will determine whether LETMD1 KO alters energy expenditure during a
3-week cold challenge. WT and LETMD mice will be exposed to either room temp
(~22°C) or cold challenge (10°C) for three weeks prior to undergoing indirect
calorimetry followed by body composition analysis by Echo-MRI. The first 2 weeks
they will be exposed to cold at investigators vivarium and the last ~ week at
MBP.
