Description The underlying neuronal mechanisms by which Nos1PVH cells regulate food intake
and energy expenditure remain poorly understood. Thus, our overall goal is to
unravel these cellular and neurobiological mechanisms and open new avenues for
treating obesity. Mice were subjected to a 3 day CLAMS run in which their
metabolic rates were tested continuously, food intake, respiration, etc were
measured indirectly.
