2018-01-31 Luis Villacorta-Perez 32 Mice 2 Day CLAMS Run
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Villacorta-Perez, Luis
Description Lab was loooking to research non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Mice
were fed various diets and diet additives to observe the effect on livers. Mice
were sent to MIMMPC core for body composition (measuring body weight, fat and
lean mass, and body fluid) and then measured in an indirect calorimetry machine
to collect information on metabolic rates, respiration rate, food intake, and
activity.
