Oxymax Order #2015 9/20/10
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Srinivasan, Shanthi
Description This mouse has overexpression of GDNF under the GFAP promoter. We are using
these mice to study the pathogesis of diabetes and obesity. The mouse seems to
be demonstrating a phenotype of resisting weight gain when fed a high fat diet.
We therefore want to assess energy metabolism and body composition in these
mice.
