Effect of Maternal Diet on pup cecal microbiota

Description Female Wistar rats were put on low fat, high fat, or high fat plus glycan for 6
weeks prior to mating and maintained on specific diet through gestation and
lactation. Cecal material from 21 day old male pups were analyzed by 16S rDNA
amplicon sequencing to taxonomically characterize the cecal microbiota.
