Liver lipids in db/db mice treated with Methionine and Choline Deficient (MCD)
Diet or MCD plus niclosamide for 3 weeks
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Shengkan, Jin
Description 10 week old female B6.BKS(D)-Leprdb /J mice were treated with Methionine and
Choline Deficient (MCD) Diet or MCD plus niclosamide for 3 weeks. After 5 hour
fasting, mice were anesthetized with ketamine and xylazine first for blood draw
from heart, followed by liver tissue collection. Liver tissue were then kept in
liquid nigtrogen for further analysis.
