Summary Data Summary
Investigator Shengkan, Jin
Description Male BKS.Cg-Dock7m +/+ Leprdb/J mice were fed diet supplemented with 2000ppm
niclosamide ethanolamine and/or treated with metformin. After 5 hour fasting,
mice were anesthetized with ketamine and xylazine to draw blood from heart with
heparin-coated tube. Plasma was obtained by centrifugation at 1000g for 10-15min
at 4? , and stored at -80? for further analysis.
