Experiment

Metabolic measurements in p65Schc -/- mice
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Ramsey, Jon
Description It has been proposed that p66Shc-/- mice are resistant to weight gain with high
fat feeding. This mice are also resistant to wide range of stress inducers.

Calorimetry measurements will be completed over 7 days. The mice will be fed a
chow diet for the first 2 days of calorimetry and a high fat diet (60% of
calories from fat) for the final 5 days of calorimetry.
