Sable Energy Balance #25601 1/29/18
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Davis, Sarah
Description Energy expenditure measured by indirect calorimetry in the Promethion by Sable
Systems. Activity, food intake and water intake are also continuously measured.
Measurements were taken for 10 consecutive days.
Running wheels were not present in the cage.
Mice were fed ad libitum.
Water: regular tap water, ad libitum.
Mice were injected with either Saline, Asprosin 1, Asprosin 2, or Asprosin 3
during the study. During the first Sable run they were injected on day 3 of the
run at 5 PM-6PM. During the second Sable run they were injected on day 4 of the
run at 5 PM-6PM.

Groups:
Male WT (C57BL/6J) mice.
Mice were fed a chow diet (LabDiet PicoLab Rodent Diet 5LOD).
