Experiment

Circulating lipids, metabolic hormones, and cytokine levels in OBS1 KO mice
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Murre, Cornelis
Description OBS1 is a non-coding transcript that supresses obesity, diabetes and
artherosclerosis. The OBS1 KO mouse develops a late onset obese phenotype. The
goal of the experiment is to characterize the mouse by measuring lipids,
metabolic hormones and inflammatory markers.
