Description The purpose of this experiment is to explore the role of Brg1 (aka Smarca4) in
obesity-induced insulin resistance. To accomplish this, Smarca4 is knocked out
in white adipose tissue (WAT) and brown adipose tissue (BAT) using the Cre
recombinase, Adipoq-Cre.
