Description Adropin is a secreted protein that may link signals of calorie intake with
substrate preference. Treatment of obese mice with adropin improves glucose
homeostasis.

AdrKO exhibit hyperinsulinemia and increased propensity for glucose intolerance
on a western diet. There is no difference in body weight or food intake.
