Experiment

Effect of HGI diet on open field performance in male and female mice
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Villablanca, Amparo
Description Male and female C57Bl/6J mice (~20 monthes of age) were placed on control
(TD.08485) or high glycemic index diet (HGI, TD.05230) for two months. Mice,
adapted to testing room for 60 min, were placed in the center of a white plastic
box (40 x 40x 40 cm) and were tracked with an overhead camera for 20 min.
Distance traveled and time spent in the perimeter (outside 10 cm) vs center
(inside 30 cm) was determined.
