Experiment

Circulating corticosterone levels in BALB/c mice fed high fat diet and treated
with bone marrow and splenocyte transplants
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Murphy, William
Description GVHD 50: compare the oucomes of diet-induced obese mice and control lean mice
after hematopoietic transplantation.

MCMV_Nkdep#2: checking cortecosterone of mice treated with/without NK cell
depletion after MCMV infection.

Tumor study 23: Investigating impact of tumor challange on cortecosterone across
sex and age of Lean/DIO mice.

We use anti-NK1.1 to deplete natural killer (NK) cells, anti-ASGM1 to deplete NK
and T cells, anti-PD-1 is the checkpoint blockade to increase the anti-tumor
effect, and the IgG is just the isotype control for aPD-1.
