Liver lipid levels in Atp7b KO mice fed high fat diet

Description Male and female mice on either LabDiet 5001 or Research Diets 60% kcal fat
(D12492) for 8 days; fed and watered ad lib. Mice anesthetized with isoflurane;
EDTA plasma collected from RO bleed; mice euthanized via cervical dislocation
under anesthesia; liver flash-frozen; intestine flushed and flash-frozen.

B6;129S1-Atp7btm1Tcg/Ltsnk = global knockout; Atp7b-Vil1Cre = intestine-specific
knockout.
