Experiment

Effect of Whey protein and whey phospholipid on cognition in weanling mice with
a HFD
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Goodson, Michael
Description Three week old C57BL/6J (wildtype) mice, bred onsite were weaned onto one of
four diets: 2018 Teklad Chow or a 45% (kcal) high fat diet based on AIN93G ± 10%
(by weight) Whey protein phospholipid concentrate (WPLC). Mice were fed their
respective diets for 10 weeks before undergoing NOR testing.
