2017-11-20 Iwase - Shigeki 24 Mice Spontaneous Alternation Y-Maze
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Iwase, Shigeki
Description Heterozygous deletion of human PHF21A gene has been implicated in intellectual
disability. However, how the PHF21A loss leads to cognitive deficits remain
unknown. This project test if the heterozygous Phf21a knockout (KO) mice serve
as animal model of the human condition. Mice were tested on Spontaneous
Alternation Y-Maze.
