Circulating insulin and leptin levels in B6 mice fed high fat diet treated with
ShK-186

Description C57BL6/J mice aged 8–9 wk were obtained from Harlan Laboratories and started on
Teklad TD.88137 together with 60% fructose/water (wt/vol) available ad libitum.
A second group was fed Teklad 7001 chow. ShK-186 was administered by s.c.
injection every other day at two doses 500ug/kg and 20ug/kg.
