Description This myeloid specific knockout of Arginase-1 will provide us with an
understanding of the role of macrophage specific Arginase-1 expression after
ischemia/reperfusion injury of the kidney.

Increased functional kidney injury in LysM-Cre;Arg1fl/fl mice compared to
wild-type controls.
