HbA1c levels in db/db KO mice treated with niclosamide

Description 4-week-old male db/db mice (BKS.Cg-Dock7m +/+ Leprdb/J; stock# 000642) were
purchased from the Jackson Laboratory. These mice are homozygous mutant mice
with Leptin receptor deficiency. At 5 weeks of age they were put on either
AIN-93M diet (aka: Research Diets - D10012M) or AIN-93M diet supplemented with
niclosamide ethanolamine (NEN) for 8 weeks.
