Experiment

IPGTT insulin levels in C57 mice injected with shNOX4 adenovirus
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Torok, Natalie
Description The mice were fed with high fat high fructose diet (AIN76A)for 12 weeks and
injected with adeno-shNOX4 to knock down NOX4 via tail vein. Control virus was
used in parallel. 2 days later, the mice were fastened for 16 hours and injected
with glucose (2g/kg), serum was collected at 0, 15, 30 and 60 minutes for
insulin level test.
