Experiment

Role of macrophage JNK in ampicillin-induced gut microbiota changes
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Davis, Roger J.
Description WT and Macrophage-specific JNK1/2 KO mice were fed a high fat diet. Animals were
treated with ampicillin in the drinking water. Fecal samples were collected and
16S rDNA amplicon sequencing analysis was performed to determine the taxonomic
classification and diversity of the fecal microbiota.
