Sable Energy Balance #21850 8/21/17
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Wasserman, David
Description Energy expenditure measured by indirect calorimetry in the Promethion by Sable
Systems. Activity, food intake and water intake are also continuously measured.
Measurements were taken for 7 consecutive days.
Running wheels were present in the cage.
Mice were fed ad libitum.
Water: regular tap water, ad libitum.

Groups:
Male WT(B6N;129-Ilk/J) and KO (B6;129-Ilk Tg(ACTA1-cre)79Jme)
mice.
Mice were fed a 60% kcal High Fat Diet (F3282 BioServ).
