Experiment

Circulating leptin levels in Lep KO mice treated with leptin
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Murphy, William
Description We are also comparing mice deficient in leptin to those knockout mice given
leptin intraperitoneally. Diets given are D12450J 10% energy from fat, and
D12492 60% energy from fat for the wild-type C57Bl/6 mice. And 2918 18% energy
from fat chow diet for the ob/ob mice.

Injections were 1ug/kg, twice a day.
