Experiment

Circulating serum amyloid A levels in B6 mice mice fed high fat diet and treated
with whole body irradiation and bone marrow cell transplantation
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Murphy, William
Description WT BALB/c mice were on low-fat or high-fat diet for 6 months in order to
establish diet-induced obesity model. Mice underwent total body irradiation and
transplantation with bone marrow cells and splenocytes obtained from B10.D2
mice. Serum samples were collected at day 7 by tail-bleeding.
