Circulating GLP-1 levels in Nav1.8-Lepr KO mice fed high fat diet

Description Mice were fed a 45% high-fat diet for 1 weeks. Mice were fasted overnight and
fed again for 1 hour. The plasma samples (800 ul) were collected by cardiac
puncture and mixed with EDTA, Aprotinin (0.6 TIU, 100 ul), and Diprotin A (100
uM, 100 ul).
