Experiment

Circulating glucose and insulin levels in Traf3ip2 KO mice fed high fat diet
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Padilla, Jaume
Description Male and female C57BL/6NTac mice were fed either a chow or high fat/high sucrose
diet for 16 weeks. A subset of mice contain a systemic homozygous genetic
deletion of the TRAF3IP2 gene. EDTA plasma was collected at euthanasia via
cardiac puncture and processed for plasma glucose and insulin concentrations.
All tubes are labeled as: (TOP) Mouse ID, Plasma (SIDE) Mouse ID, TKO
