Experiment

2019-11-11 Myers-Alison Cohort 4-11 mice Insulin Clamp
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Affinati, Alison
Description ob/ob mice have hyperphagia, morbid obesity and diabetes. We observed
normalization of fed and fasting blood glucose without changes in body weight,
insulin tolerance or glucose tolerance following VMN CCKBR neuron silencing in
ob/ob mice and performed glucose clamps to further understand the improvement in
glucose metabolism.
