Experiment

Circulating insulin, lipid, ALT, and AST levels in B6 mice treated with
niclosamide
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Shengkan, Jin
Description 5 hour-fastecd C57BL/6J mice were fed AIN-93M diet or AIN-93M containing 750ppm
MB1-47 for 4 weeks. Blood was collected through tail vein at the end of
treatment. Plasma was obtained by centrifugation at 1000g for 10-15min at 4? ,
and stored at -80? for analysis.

MB1-47 is a derivative of Niclosamide which belongs to a group of mitochondrial
uncouplers that can stimulates oxygen consumption.
