Experiment

Circulating lipid levels and ALT, AST levels in Myc KO mice fed high fat and
high cholesterol diet
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Rodrigues, Claudia
Description For the FVB/N-Tg(tetO-MYC)36aBop/J animals, doxycycline was withdrawn at 4 weeks
and the experimental diet started at 8 weeks of age. Then the animals were
fasted for 6 hours and anesthetized intraperitoneally with a ketamine-xylazine
solution. Blood was collected by cardiac puncture in EDTA-coated tubes. Liver
and muscle was harvested, snap frozen with liquid N2 and then stored at -80
degree.
